ThemeXRiver owns all the items that have been put on the ThemeXRiver website (unless otherwise stated and excluding content owned by others). This includes designs, compilations, aesthetics of the ThemeXRiver sites, copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual properties on the website. ThemeXRiver also owns all the logos, trademarks, service marks, and trade names on ThemeXRiver (unless otherwise stated and excludes those owned by others). No buyer or third-party agents can copy, distribute, modify, or make derivative works of any of the ThemeXRiver Content or use any intellectual property violating or going beyond these terms.
Model and Property Releases

A buyer can indemnify ThemeXRiver for any loss of money (including legal expenditure or complete indemnity basis), demands, and liability that we incur arising out of, or in connection with, a third-party claim against us relating to his use of ThemeXRiver.
