Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our e-commerce website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, improve customer engagement, and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
- Handle posting and content management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze website and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and ensuring timely communication with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience managing e-commerce websites and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
