ThemeXRiver is a platform that allows a user to buy licenses to use website themes and plugins. If you have a ThemeXRiver account, any transactions are logged on your profile statement, which records all your payments and important activities to ThemeXRiver.

ThemeXRiver markets its own products along with a few popular items from Themeforest. Buyers must sign up differently on Themeforest.com to buy their products.

Previewing and Browsing

Previewing a file: While streaming or downloading a preview file from ThemeXRiver, you must agree not to tamper or remove water markings or any other preserving measures from that preview file. You must also agree to use the preview files only for evaluation purposes before making a purchase on ThemeXRiver.

Browsing the site: You must be 18 or older to browse the ThemeXRiver. We don’t collect any information, deliberately or knowingly, from anyone under 18. While browsing ThemeXRiver, you also agree to obey all the terms and conditions.

Membership

Terms about Age

You must be 18 or older to become a member or to 'buy' (license) items from us. For people under 18, registering and buying a product will require their parental or guardian figure, who must be at least 18. In such cases, for a successful purchase, the parents or guardian figures will convey the responsibility for the products and accounts.

ThemeXRiver Account

Our membership is free. Upon registration, a user will get a ThemeXRiver account which will be accessible from anywhere using the login credentials. Membership allows users to ‘buy’ (license) items from ThemXRiver, participate in dedicated online forums, and contribute to the ThemeXRiver ecosystem.

Buyers’ Responsibility

All the information about a buyer required in the registration form must be accurate and authentic. He must keep his profile up-to-date, as ThemeXRiver will use the profile information to approve a purchase. Once a person becomes a registered member, he will be held responsible for any action logged into his profile. The buyer will also be the only person responsible for securing his account information, including the username and password. He must immediately inform our support team of any suspicious or unauthorized password usage. We strongly prohibit the usage of private networks, VPNs, or any means that directly clash with these terms and conditions.

Referrals

In case an interested person joins our Affiliate Program, and if a member joins ThemeXRiver following his referral, he will earn affiliate income. To learn more about our affiliate program, contact our support team.

License

Purchasing an item will give the buyer lifetime access to the item. Here, “lifetime” indicates the lifetime of an item. It should be understood that the term “Lifetime” doesn’t refer to a buyer's lifetime or any related idea. The buyer will get the lifetime license of the product after purchasing, and ThemeXRiver will determine the duration of the product.
